Hi! I’m Luna, the face behind Sunberry Jam. With this project, I hope to bring a unique blend of science and culinary passion. As a biologist with a Master’s degree in Experimental Biology and specialised expertise in botany, my journey into plant-based cuisine began in 2015. My scientific background taught me how to truly unlock the best textures, flavours, and colours from plants, leading me to work as a plant-based chef in restaurants in Croatia and abroad.

Now, as a menu consultant and recipe developer, I focus on creating innovative, delicious, and healthful plant-based dishes. On Sunberry Jam, I love to share some of my favourite original recipes – from foraged ingredients and fermented foods to everyday plant-based dishes. My goal is to show you how fun and powerful plant-based food can be, as it has been for me in achieving optimal health. Let’s make healthy eating delicious and empowering!
