Culinary Workshop – Food Wave, Vukomerić 2022

Plant-based cooking workshop and a lecture about nutrients in food; held at the beautiful ZMAG recycled estate in Vukomerić, Croatia, as a part of Food Wave – Empowering Urban Youth for Climate Action. This project included educations for youth in Zagreb, Croatia, with a goal of increasing knowledge about sustainable and healthy food production and consumption. At the workshop I taught the participants how to make their own spelt flour noodles, brown lentil bolognese sauce and healthy cookies, after holding a lecture about the importance of eating real, nutrient-rich food.
